Interview: Willie Ray Parish, founding director of the Border Art Residency

In this interview we speak with Willie Ray Parish, the founding director of the Border Art Residency. Parish discusses the residency program that attracts artists from all over the world to work and live in La Union, NM. Recently artist Scott McMahon joined the program and he partnered with Parish to create a mobile camera obscura that will become part of the BAR's permanent collection. The public viewing will be on April 16, 2011, but the BAR is open to visitors anytime.
