Interview: Chef Sai Pituk talks about her new Cooking Channel show, molecular gastronomy and more

Sai is the owner of Tara Thai in El Paso, and most recently opened The Kitchen with plans to open a brew pub in the near future. Chef Sai discusses these food endeavors and her new travel and food show airing Fall 2011 on the Cooking Channel about street food around the world.
