Although this photo wasn't taken from the road (it's of my hometown El Paso, TX) it's a shot we don't normally get of Downtown El Paso. This was taken from the 5th floor of the Mills Parking Garage on Santa Fe and provides an excellent view of our historic buildings that are in great condition and San Jacinto Plaza.

Girl's Trip 2010

This photo was taken in Marfa, Texas, Spring 2010. (I'm in the yellow sneakers.) Captured here are four friends who make the time to go on an annual girls' trip - this was our 10th annual trip.

Sai is the owner of Tara Thai in El Paso, and most recently opened The Kitchen with plans to open a brew pub in the near future. Chef Sai discusses these food endeavors and her new travel and food show airing Fall 2011 on the Cooking Channel about street food around the world. Each episode will take viewers around the world eating and learning to prepare street food.
